Psalm 139:22 and Hating Enemies


Should we hate or love our enemies?
How can you reconcile Psalm 139:22 and Matthew 5:44

Psalm 139:22 — I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

Matthew 5:44 — But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
