SOS 1:16-17 The Bridegroom's Bed and House

Song of Solomon 1:16,17 — Behold, thou art fair, my beloved, yea, pleasant: also our bed is green. 17 The beams of our house are cedar, and our rafters of fir.

Behold,
thou art fair, my beloved, yea, pleasant: also our bed is green.

There
is a place in God where we find rest. Wherever there is green grass
there is some type of moisture. The moisture brings a coolness and a
refreshing.

Psalm

He
maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the
still waters.

The
whole basis of our faith rests in Jesus Christ. He is the Rock of
Ages.

beams of our house are cedar, and our rafters of fir.

Cedar
is that which is most durable and has a beautiful fragrance. The
cedar wood speaks of the pure life of Christ.

The
blood of Jesus Christ is our Canopy.

Exodus
