# Is That Wise?

> James 1:5 &mdash; If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

- What does it mean?
- How do you get it?
- What does it look like?

- compare to love. What does love meean? What does loves look like? How do you "get" love?
- Knowledge properly applied. 

## Is that Wise?

- From what perspective?

> James 3:15 &mdash; This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

> James 3:17 &mdash; But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
