Here is ONE thing God the Father said to the son and never to an angel or angels, "<u>Sit thou at my right hand</u>". To Jesus Christ alone, to his everlasting priesthood and government, as King of kings and Lord of lords, can Psalm 110 be applied.

In the mind of the author it seems clear that if Jesus Christ could be proved to be greater than the angels, it would necessarily follow that he was God for the Jews.

Angels are employed, but it is GOD the Son Who employs them! The Son is Higher than the angels.
