Title: Fire on the Altar

Text: Leviticus 6:12

The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar

Le 6:12 And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offerings.

1. The Fire Comes from God

   There came a fire out from before the lord.

   Pentecost transformed ordinary men into divine oracles.

   We need the fire and it should be evident in the lives of everyone that has received the Holy Ghost.

2. The Fire was Never to Go Out

The Fire of the Holy Ghost.

John the Baptist was a burning

Luke 1:15

The path of the Just is as a shining light shining more and more unto the perfect day.

Men on fire are invincible.

We need men that have the real fire.

Be watchful and strengthen the things which remain which are ready to die.

Fan the Sparks so that There Can be a Fire of the Holy Ghost

4. By Meditation of the Word

Then shat have good success

Psalm 1:2 in his law doth he meditate day and night.

2. By Revelation of the Word

Jeremiah 20:9 His Word..burning fire shut up on my bones.

3. Earnest Prayer

   Jeremiah 29:13

4. Sacrifice

The altar cannot be empty if the fire is going to burn.

Present your bodies a living sacrifice.

The fire wil continually burn as long as there is sacrifice on it.
