Why I Serve the Lord – My reason for Worship and Service to God

One of the most important details of any endeavor is its MOTIVE. What is the driving force behind my love and service for God? Our REASON must be Christ!

1Jo 4:19 We love him, **because** he first loved us.


Ge 42:18 And Joseph said unto them the third day, This do, and live; **for** I fear God:


Ge 25:28 And Isaac loved Esau, **because** he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob.

   Genesis 3:10—And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

   Lu 23:40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?

   Re 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
